TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a legally binding contract stating that you agree to pay the full amount due (lodging, deposits, fees, taxes, and any other associated costs) on or before 30 days before the check-in date. Failure to do so could result in forfeiture of all monies paid. A full contract will be sent to you for review and signatures. Please review the documents completely and consult an attorney for any legal advice. The booking will NOT be deemed as complete and confirmed until the contract has been signed, dated, and returned.
